GED Program We offer GED assistance and instruction during the day and evenings.
English for Speakers of Other Languages In the ESOL program, English-speaking skills are provided to all non-native students. The ESOL class meets in unit 2 at the Adult Education Center site.
Distance Education: In our Distance Ed program, students complete pre-testing on site, then use the Internet or a series of videos to study at home.

Welcome to the Bledsoe County Adult Education web site. We are located near the park and walking track on Main Street just off of Highway 127. We offer a variety of services for adult learners in Bledsoe County and are affiliated with the Tennessee Office of Adult Education .
Mission Statement
The mission of Bledsoe County's Adult Education Program is consistent with the purposes stated in Title II of the Workforce Investment Act. The mission of Bledsoe County's adult education program is to provide adult education and literacy services in order to:
•Assist adults in becoming literate and in obtaining the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for employment and self-sufficiency
•Assist adults who are parents to obtain the educational skills necessary to become full partners in the educational development of their children
•Assist adults in the completion of a secondary school education
The Bledsoe County Adult Education program is a year round program. We offer day and night classes at the Adult Education Center. We also offer Distance Ed and Basic Computer Skills throughout the county.
